The Staff of the Hostal

The B&B-Hotel has an experienced, competent, decent, caring and very helpful staff, always concerned about that the guest have a nice, recuperative and safe stay. Most staff members are trained professionals in their fields who can communicate in English and Spanish. The receptionists even understand German.

The gender composition of the staff is mainly female and most members are locals from Cusco. They are proud of their culture and history and are able to offer the best attributes of them, especially hospitality and kindness. Those are encouraged by the management. The hospitality and kindness were important features of Cuzco as capital of the Inca Empire, which was a place of confluence of many Andean nations or ethnical groups from the vast territory of that empire, called Tahantinsuyo.
